Does quality matter to your organization?
Listening to our members is paramount to the work we do at EngAge BC.
Over the last few months EngAge BC, BC Care Provider Association’s new operating arm, has been holding consultations with seniors, family members and independent and assisted living operators, to hear about what they would like to see as part of a made-in-B.C. quality assurance program.
In total six focus groups were facilitated by across the lower mainland; four with seniors (N=28) and two with family members (N=15). EngAge BC staff also met with fourteen representatives of organizations offering independent and assisted living and held a focus group with SafeCare BC Staff.
This work is being overseen by EngAge BC’s newly appointed Member Council.
Next week, we will be reporting back to our members about what we have learned and will be discussing how we should move forward with Assurity. EngAge BC would like to make sure that we hear your thoughts as part of this process.
Time is running out to register.
The session will take place from on Tuesday, October 15th from 1-4 p.m. and we invite you to join us in person at BCCPA’s offices. Teleconference options will also be made available for participants, but we ask that you notify us in advance of your preference to attend remotely.
